Policies

At our bakery, we encourage all customers to read our policies carefully. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree that you have read and understand all of our policies. If you fail to read and comprehend our policies, it is your responsibility and not ours. Our policies are effective as of October 2023 and will be regularly updated.

Pick Up Orders

Orders must be picked up on the date/time we agreed on. A 20 minute grace period will be given, any order picked up after that grace period will be charged a $10 late fee.

The late fee will also depend on how much time has passed since the original time slot given. If you are hours late, expect a larger late fee.

So please be on time, my time is just as valuable as yours is!

Custom Order Deposits

A $20 nonrefundable deposit must be paid to book your order date. If a deposit is not booked your order will NOT be placed in the order books.

The $20 nonrefundable deposit does go towards your balance. 

Cake Care Guide

When picking up your cake, please leave a clear flat/level spot in your vehicle open for your cake. Front passenger floor board recommended.

Cakes do not do well in heat. keep the cake out of direct sunlight and make sure your AC in your vehicle is cranked up in the summer.

When carrying your cake, support the bottom of the box and its recommend to not grab the box from the sides because it can damage your cake. 

We package each order to prepare them to the best we can for any car ride. 

Do NOT leave cakes in vehicles. 

 If you've disregarded this guide to help you, we at Mon Chéri Pastries are NOT responsible for any damages and NO refund will be given. 
 

 

Refund Policy

After orders leave our location of Mon Chéri Pastries, we are not responsible for ANY damages done to orders. We are not responsible for heat, disregarding cake care guide, or any damages you've done to the order yourself.

You will NOT receive a refund.

If we at Mon Chéri Pastries deliver and an accident happens that we can't fix you are entitled up to a 50% refund depending on how bad damages are done on your order. 

If we at Mon Chéri Pastries have the chance to fix any accidents that might occur, we will take responsibility and do our best to fix it. You are entitled up to a 10% refund depending on how long or late you will receive your order from the agreed on time when placing your order. 

You will NOT receive the $20 nonrefundable booking deposit.

If something happens after we leave your location, Mon Chéri Pastries is not responsible and you are NOT entitled to a refund.
